370 km – 8 days – 7 nights
From Munich we make our way to Starnberg through the forest of »Forstenried« parc to the city of Starnberg.
From there we enjoy easy cycling through picturesque countryside to the typical Bavarian villages of Benediktbeuern and Kochel, the »Blauer Reiter« artist town of Murnau and the Olympic city of Garmisch. We stop in the alpine town of Mittenwald to visit the world-famous violin-making school before continuing on to the source of Munich’s »own« Isar!
Our return tour to Munich leads over the Isar bike path via Bad Tölz, the former home of Green Berets stationed in Germany.
